All your meals are prepaid for and ready to go, all you have to do is pick them up and enjoy.

How Project U works

Each Project starts by scheduling a 30 minute appointment with a Project U wellness coach to get your baseline levels.
We measure the following:
  • Metabolic Rate
    (your estimated daily caloric needs are assessed to better understand how much you should be eating each day to accomplish your goals).
  • Weight
  • Your Waist & Hip Circumference / your Waist to Hip Ratio
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Body Composition with Bioelectrical Impedance
    (Not recommended with pacemaker and heart support devices).
In your session, you will learn what size meals work for you
(Small / Medium / Large). Pick up your meals twice a week, stick to your nutrition and exercise plan and that’s it. And if you happen to miss a few days, don’t worry, your credits won’t expire and you can get your meals anytime.
